My purchase doesn’t show up in transaction history but money has left my bank

Payment can fail due to network issues or browser issues. Typically, in case of a failed payment, you should be redirected to the failed payments page. However, in some cases, the browser might buffer or break due to increased load time. In most cases, the money is refunded back to your bank account in 2-3 days.

In case the payment isn’t refunded, ensure you call the customer support of your credit card or debit card issuer and inform them about the disputed transaction. They will immediately record a complaint and assign a unique reference code, so you are now on record.
